Wrong Item? Damaged? What we can/will do for you

Because of Copyright issues books, dvd's, cd's, etc. can only be returned if they are new, unopened and in resellable condition AND only if we sent you the wrong merchandise.  PLEASE verify the item you are ordering is the correct item.  In particular, companies such as Mel Bay have the same name for MANY different versions of the same title.  I give a complete description including the product code so there should be NO question as to which item you are ordering.

1.  If by chance I send you the wrong item/items IMMEDIATELY send me an email telling me I have screwed up!  Any notice after five (5) days of receipt--and I do follow the delivery confirmations for date delivered--is TOOOO LATE!

2.  If I have sent you the wrong item/items and you tell me right away I will send you the correct item(s) as soon as I have received the improper versions.  Because I sent the wrong item I will credit or reimburse you for the cost of returning the improper items to me.

3.  If anything is damaged let me know within two (2) days of delivery so I can contact my carrier about coverage.  I will make arrangements regarding damaged goods as needed.  Upon proof of damage this could range from replacement to a small credit for minor issues.
